Exchange Policy
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please contact our customer service team at hs@superchildphantom.in (email) with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 7 business days.
Return Policy
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hs@superchildphantom.in
- If your order is successfully cancelled within the 48-hour window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the cancellation request is received after 48 hours, we will not be able to process the cancellation, and the order will proceed as planned.
